Benefit Event Code of Conduct

We want everyone to feel welcome, safe, and treated with dignity. By attending this event, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct as a condition of attendance and to help create a kind and respectful environment for all participants. This Code of Conduct applies to all event participants, including attendees, guests, staff, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, and media.

All participants are expected to treat others with respect, to be mindful of how their conduct affects others, and to comply with directions from event staff and volunteers. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. This includes unwanted physical contact, abusive or threatening language, discriminatory remarks, intimidation, or repeated disruption after being asked to stop.

With Love Oregon reserves the right to take reasonable and appropriate action to address violations of this Code of Conduct, including verbal warnings, removal from the event without refund, denial of future event attendance, and, if necessary, involvement of venue security, in order to protect the safety, dignity, and orderly operation of the event.

If you need support or see something concerning, please notify a With Love Oregon staff member right away or go to the check-in table to ask for the event lead. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is not tolerated.
