DONATE AN AUCTION ITEM OR PACKAGE

Thank you for supporting our annual Benefit Event on Saturday, May 3, 2025. We invite the community to support our program by contributing auction packages. We're seeking packages that are exciting, enjoyable, and have broad appeal for a variety of bidders. Please submit your auction item or package below. 

Steps to Build an Enticing Auction Package

Step 1: Focus on Experiences

• We have found that packages centered around experiences stand out and generate the highest bids. The value of the packages should be upwards of $500.
• The most successful packages tend to offer something unique or exclusive—whether it's an unforgettable experience, a fun-themed bundle, or a special item people can’t easily buy themselves.
• Possible Ideas:

1.  Family or Adult Fun: Theme park passes or farm visits, wine tastings, dinner at a top restaurant, weekend getaways, outdoor adventures, and seasonal themes.
2. Bucket List Items: Think about “once-in-a-lifetime” experiences, such as luxury trips, unique adventures (hot air balloon rides, cooking classes with renowned chefs), or tickets/VIP passes to high-profile events.
3. Creative, Custom & Exclusive: Workshops like cooking or art lessons, meet-and-greets, a private tour of a local landmark.

Step 2: Pick a Theme Surrounding the Experience

• Create packages for diverse age groups.
• Combine tangible and experiential items (e.g., a picnic set with a wine tour).
• Curate carefully to ensure the package is cohesive and exciting.
• Avoid Branded Swag: If including branded items, opt for something subtle, like a reusable water bottle for an outdoor package.

Step 3: Clear Description & Value

• Provide a clear and detailed description of what is included (and note any restrictions or expiration dates) in the package, highlighting its value (Value: $500 or more) and who the donor (to be recognized) is.
• Inclusion of All Costs: Clearly state if taxes, gratuities, and other associated costs are covered in the package or not.

Step 4: Package and Delivery

• If necessary, provide a basket or bag for the With Love Team to assemble after photos are taken.
• Submit your donation below no later than Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
• Deliver items to With Love by Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
